Gunderson civil case likely to move to Hennepin County
The defendants in the negligent death case filed by the family of Josh Gunderson, the Stillwater native who died during a trip to Puerto Vallarta in May, have asked to have the case moved to Hennepin County Court. It appears that their motion will be granted.
