Is it possible to get internet on a psp slim lite wherever you go?
ok so i got my psp chipped so i can put games and stuff on. but the problem is i can only go on the internet at my friends house because she has got a wireless internet connection but my other friend told me that she can go on the internet anywhere because she put this program on her memory card. if anyone know how to get internet anywhere you go without the program please write back
If you want wifi anywhere you go then you are just out of luck. Your friend was probably just close to a router that she didn't know about. There is no way to get the internet everywhere.

Remote Play is a feature that allows a PlayStation Portable user to interact with their PlayStation 3's Media Bar. Users can access music, videos, photo, PlayStation games, and various applications stored on the PlayStation3 HDD, or external flash drives and optical media attached to the PlayStation 3.
Remote Play works by encoding a kite video stream of the output image on a PlayStation3, then delivering it over a wireless network connection to a PSP. Actions performed on the PlayStation Portable such as the pressing of buttons are uploaded back to the PlayStation 3 over the same connection.
The audio may also be sent to and played by the Sony PSP, or instead delivered through the normal PlayStation 3 audio connections, thus allowing the PSP to be used as a remote control for a PlayStation3 acting as a media player. This is particularly useful if the console is connected to a video projector, as it means one doesn't have to start the projector go order to play music.
The latest update includes the ability to use Remote Play across the internet, turn your PlayStation3 on remotely, use a dew applications, and play all PlayStation 3 games, whether stored on the HDD, or on an optical disk.
In actual gameplay, the Remote Play can also enable the Sony PSP to double up as an add-on tool. Demonstrating a few racing games, Sony showed how Remote Play could have the PSP acting in-game as a rear view mirror to assist the player in the game.
