Stylus Pen Nintendo
Is Nintendo trying to ruin the gaming industry they built?

Think about it...The DS, the WII.. What's with the gimmicks? Nintendo single-handedly saved the gaming industry once you know. Now it feels like they have no interest in it, and would rather make money through gimmicky stylus pens and motion-sensor controllers. I mean, that stuff is cute but don't center an entire game system around it. The Wii is one step away from a Leapfrog Learning center.
All I'm saying is Nintendo no longer cares about the hardcore gamer. The last great game from them was Twilight Princess. and I bought that on my gamecube. You couldn't pay me to touch a child's toy like the Wii.
I also have a DS that sits under my bed and rots because the games for it are horrible.

well not intentionally. but you really can't argue on there part because they are leading in the console war, but of course that doesn't mean its the best console out there. when people say the wii kicks but or owns all the other consoles, i laugh, i have a wii and like it but it certaintly is not destroying the other 2. wii has some good games, like you mentioned tp, ssbb, mario kart, metroid, okami, no more heroes, and kinda mario galaxy. but everyone of those games except n.m.h. are all sequalls to games on there previous consoles. nintendo needs to come up with new ideas. third parties aren't helping wii because almost all the games from them suck. actually gamecube didn't have that many either. the last one of there consoles that had a major list of great games was the N64. xbox is a piece of crap 2 with only games that stand out like halo and gears. ps3, well they got a quite a few games but the big titles we are still waiting on. remember the good old days of the ps2? now its all money. all looking to be head of the pack just to increase sales. we don't really see that passion in video games that we used to like FFX and Ocarina. now we see cliches of video games where the first person shooter rains king. where are those fantastic adventure games. with the technology we have to do there is no excuse a game should have bad graphics yet we still see it. for the ds, ya i agree with you on that one too. i was searching ds games one day and i was thinking to myself, there is barrily any descent game on here, WTF!!! the only game i seem to like is pokemon, take away the fact that the general public has stereotypically made the game for "kids" i still like it, its a great RPG. psp has some great games but not many. where are these fantastic games now? when will i see a game like 007 for n64 or ff7? its a lost tradition i tell you. my generation (oh ya i'm a late teen) grew up on these great games, but now we see this younger generation always wanting this big great game like halo which if you ask me, isn't anything to go crazy over. sorry i kinda went off topic and was rambling on, back to your question. yes thanks to nintendo we have video games, but they went in a direction i really don't like, half of my games use the classic controller. i'm no fanboy of any console and i don't hate any console. i'm just looking at the big picture
