Is there any other adventure game like runescape?

Even a adventure game would do.

That would depend on what you mean by 'like runescape'.
If you mean other Adventure Fantasy MAssively Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Games (MMORPGs), then yes - there are plenty.

Examples being things such as World of Warcraft, Age of Conan, Warcraft Online, Guild Wars, and the like.

If you mean other browser based games, the selection is much more limited - especially if you want 3d games.
Try a few of the flash game sites that are around (armorgames being one of them) and see if you can find something to your fancy.

After all - a good adventure game can be quite hard to find.
