on lego star wars the complete saga why wont it give me any studs in deflection survival?

when i play deflection survival it gives me the rank of a youngling! i even block the blaster bolts.

The studs you capture in "bonus" levels, you do not get to keep. You only get to keep studs captured in the "story" levels. That's just the way they made the game, sorry.
