Is Prince of Persia: Revelations a recommendable game for the PSP?
I love the Prince of Persia games, and I was thrilled to hear that there was one for the PSP. Unfortunately, I heard that there were some sound and movement glitches. Is this true? If so, is it still worth a buy?
It is worth it! The game is so awesome even on the same console screen. The glitches are only minor ones. You will enjoy it thoroughly!

Prince of Persia by UBI Soft is a gaming masterpiece. This game is a complete revamp of the old Prince of Persia games, but that doesn't mean to say it sucks. The most significant change that was made in the game is how you now have a female companion by the name of Elika. If I were to make an analogy of who Elika will be to you when you play this game, she will be your guardian angel.
She is always there by your side, ready to fight with you when the enemy is too strong. She will catch you each and every time you fall, so you will never die that way again. Likewise, she will never block your way or do something that will distract or hurt you in any way. This goes to show how much work and effort was put into fixing the artificial intelligence of this character.
Movements of the Prince have also been greatly simplified. You will not have to button mash or memorize complicated combos in order to overcome obstacles and defeat difficult bosses. Each button has a dedicated response, so you you'll have a much more relaxing playing experience. When you press acrobatics button, for example, the Prince will automatically engage in an evasive maneuver--not just any evasive maneuver, but the best one possible.
The simple button presses as you move through the game will allow you appreciate the beautiful movements of the characters and the spectacular landscapes they move through. Watching this game in motion is like watching a slow ballet or some Chinese movie with artsy action sequences. It's just too beautiful to be true.
