How often do new missions come out for secret agents on the website Club Penguin?

My penuin is a secret agent on Club Penguin, and I've done one mission but there aren't any more! How often do the new missions come out? Or do you have to do something special to obtain the next mission? And are there are bonus missions you can get using cheats and hint? HELP!!!!
